.You have 30 days* to return any item that does not bring you complete satisfaction. Any returned item must not have been worn, include the various labels (price, composition) and, if necessary, be returned in its original packaging. Any item returned soiled and/or damaged by the Customer will not be taken back. You can return your products by post or to a selection of CAROLL stores.
*Outlet items can be returned within 15 days by post only.
